These terms govern your use of connpropane.com and of the text message and email notification programs offered by Connecticut Propane & Petroleum ("CPP," "we," "us," or "our").
These website terms do not replace your Propane Service Agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for matters of propane supply, equipment, pricing, and service.
You may use this website to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Content on this site, including text, images, and our name and logo, belongs to CPP and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Prices, promotions, and availability shown on this site or provided in a quote are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change, site evaluation, permitting requirements, and market conditions. A quote is not a contract. Service begins only after a signed service agreement is in place.
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive account-related text messages from Connecticut Propane & Petroleum, including delivery notifications and balance reminders.
Messages may be sent using an automated system. You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
Opting out of text messages does not stop us from contacting you by phone, email, or mail regarding your account, deliveries, safety matters, or amounts owed.
Your mobile information and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree that we may send account notices and communications by email to the address you provide, including notices that are required to be in writing under your service agreement.
Payments made through our customer portal at connpropane.myfuelportal.com are subject to the portal provider's terms. Payments may take several business days to appear on your account. If you have already paid, a notice sent before your payment posted can be disregarded.
If you smell gas, leave the building immediately and call us from a safe location at (860) 365-5218, or call 911. Do not use this website, email, or text messages to report a gas leak, a suspected leak, or any other emergency. We cannot guarantee that electronic messages will be seen immediately.
This website and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of information on the site. Pricing, availability, and service details can change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the notification programs described here. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your Propane Service Agreement or under Connecticut law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the courts of the State of Connecticut located in Hartford County.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
